This is an odd week with TAKS testing. One class I see everyday, the other class every other day. With that in mind, what you complete each day will depend on which class you are in and your warm-ups will be available in class. This is only for this week.
Below are the objectives for this week (Ch 5). When we go over this objectives we will incorporate our McDonalds menu project and the Pepsi Spark suvery Ms. Stockman has, as well as other real surveys and experiments.
Week's objectives:
Lesson 5.1: The students will learn the importance of information in targeting market segments and teh categories of information that marketers need.
Lesson 5.2: The students will learn teh common sources of internal and external market information. Students will also learn the five critical elements of an effective marketing information system.
Lesson 5.3: Students will learn problem solving strategies, the steps to gather and study data relevant to a problem, and how to prepare reports and present proposed solutions to marketing problems.
Lesson 5.4: This lesson describes marketing research surveys, the positive and negative aspects of using observation, and defines various marketing research experiments.
